• Condition: Items must be original, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as customized products or sale items, are not eligible for return or exchange.

• We do not issue full refunds but issue a store credit for the amount of the returned item, excluding shipping fees (if applicable.)
