How to Care for Your Everlasting Plants and Biophilic Pieces

Whether you've chosen one of our everlasting plants, preserved botanicals, or moss walls, we want to be sure you know the correct way to care for your artificial and preserved plants. The beauty of our pieces is they require little maintenance and by following this simple guideline you can maintain their beauty and safeguard your investment for years to come.

Unlike living plants, faux and preserved botanicals don't require demanding upkeep, making them an ideal choice for a variety of spaces.

Everlasting Plant Care Guide

Keep Away from Direct Sunlight

Avoid placing your artificial plants and flowers in direct sunlight unless they are UV-protected, as prolonged exposure may cause their colors to fade or distort.

Dust Occasionally

Use a damp microfiber cloth or can of air, to gently dust your plants as needed. UV protected plants placed outdoors may need this done more frequently.

Store Safely

Storing your pieces properly ensures that they will maintain their beauty. Avoid storing in areas prone to extreme heat or high humidity. Placing them in a sealed container or box will protect them from dust and other elements when not on display.

Preserved Moss Care Guide

Occasionally Spray
with Vegetable Glycerin and Water

If moss feels dry to touch it will need to be gently sprayed to regain softness. Mix one part glycerin to three parts water into a mister bottle and spray lightly to revive the look of moss walls and bowls.

Avoid Placing in Direct Sun

Avoid placing your moss in direct sunlight as this can cause slight dryness, requiring more misting to maintain its softness.

It's not recommended to place preserved moss pieces outdoors in arid climates.
